Dr. Arasu besides being a General Practitioner is very involved in Joint Venture and partnership programs with companies that are affiliated in healthcare. This keen interest has brought to the setting up of AGB Pharma Sdn Bhd which was developed in aim of providing innovative, integrated health care products and services. He sits in as a board member of MADRAC, which is the Malaysian Adverse Drug Reaction Committee under National Pharmaceutical Regulatory of Ministry of Health. Besides this, he is also an active and vocal committee member of Malaysian Medical Association (MMA) that champions the rights and issues of doctors in Malaysia.

General Practitioner and a businessman, Dr Ram Prakash brings with him over 20 years of experience in the field of primary care medicine. He obtained his medical degree from Manipal University and is currently pursuing him Masters in Business Administration. He is the founder and brainchild of Care Group of Polyclinics in Malaysia which to date has grown to a total of 27 clinics spread all over Klang Valley. In his years as a medical officer, he had served all disciplines and through this exposure, he had rolled out the plan of starting a huge chain of primary care clinics of his own, which he had eventually materialized.

A top-performing business professional with operational experience in various functional roles such as global business and product development, licensing and acquisitions, venture investment and commercial sales management.

He focuses on commercializing medical innovations and vaccines R&D projects including Influenza vaccine, dengue fever vaccine and therapeutic medicines for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS/Lou Gehrig’s Disease).

Mr. Makarenko participated in various scientific research and projects including EpiVacDengue Peptide vaccine, Multi-subunit BCG booster TB vaccine, Chondroitin -6 Sulfate (CS-A), Glucosamine and amino acids extracted from sturgeons scientific survey and feasibility study where he acted both as investor and project manager.
