Progressive multiple myeloma.

BORTEZOMIB ABG as monotherapy or in combination with pegylated liposomal doxorubicin or dexamethasone is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with progressive multiple myeloma who have received at least 1 prior therapy and who have already undergone or are unsuitable for haematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

BORTEZOMIB ABG in combination with melphalan and prednisone is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with previously untreated multiple myeloma who are not eligible for highdose chemotherapy with haematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

Mantle cell lymphoma.

BORTEZOMIB ABG in combination with rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin and prednisone is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with previously untreated mantle cell lymphoma who are unsuitable for haematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

Malignant pleural mesothelioma.

PEMETREXED ABG in combination with cisplatin is indicated for the treatment of chemotherapy naïve patients with unresectable malignant pleural mesothelioma.

Non-small cell lung cancer.

PEMETREXED ABG in combination with cisplatin is indicated for the first line treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer other than predominantly squamous cell histology.

PEMETREXED ABG is indicated as monotherapy for the maintenance treatment of locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer other than predominantly squamous cell histology in patients whose disease has not progressed immediately following platinum-based chemotherapy.

PEMETREXED ABG is indicated as monotherapy for the second line treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer other than predominantly squamous cell histology.

Chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML). Leukaemia is a cancer of white blood cells. These white cells usually help the body to fight infection. Chronic myeloid leukaemia is a form of leukaemia in which certain abnormal white cells (named myeloid cells) start growing out of control.

Philadelphia chromosome positive acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (Phpositive ALL). Leukaemia is a cancer of white blood cells. These white cells usually help the body to fight infection. Acute lymphoblastic leukaemia is a form of leukaemia in which certain abnormal white cells (named lymphoblasts) start growing out of control. Imatinib Grindex inhibits the growth of these cells.

Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST).

Imatinib Grindex is also used for:

Myelodysplastic/myeloproliferative diseases (MDS/MPD).
Hypereosinophilic syndrome (HES) and/or chronic eosinophilic leukaemia (CEL).
Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP).
